What upgrading unlocks. Free merges unlimited calendars you add manually and shows you the collisions. Pro adds Tab Sync for the calendars IT will not let you export, plus reminders, work week view, and .ics export. Premium goes further: it blocks the busy time across all of them automatically, hides sensitive events with Privacy Mode, and lets you share your real availability. One double-booked client can cost a contract. Premium costs $290 a year. The math is not close. And you do not have to take our word for it: every new install includes a 14-day trial, no card required.
Questions before you commit?
What do the paid tiers unlock over Free?
Free merges unlimited calendars you add manually (ICS feeds and files) into one private local view with color coding. Pro adds browser-tab calendar sync (Tab Sync, for calendars IT will not let you export), .ics export, meeting reminders, work week view, and time zones. Premium adds everything in Pro plus Privacy Mode, cross-calendar conflict detection, auto-block busy-mirroring, and share availability. Free shows you your calendars. Premium keeps a client from ever booking over you.
Monthly or annual?
Same features either way. Pro is $15 a month, or $150 a year (works out to $12.50 a month, 2 months free). Premium is $29 a month, or $290 a year (works out to $24.17 a month, 2 months free). Annual gives you 2 months free every year. One double-booked client can cost a contract worth far more than the difference.
Pro or Premium?
Pro is the value tier: Tab Sync for the calendars IT will not let you export, plus .ics export, reminders, work week view, and time zones. Premium is for anyone who books against their calendar, it adds Privacy Mode, cross-calendar conflict detection, auto-block busy-mirroring, and share availability. If you only need one merged view, Pro is plenty. If a double-booking would cost you, go Premium.
How does Team pricing work?
$39 per seat per month, or $390 per seat per year billed annually (works out to $32.50 per seat per month, 2 months free), with a 2-seat minimum. Every seat gets everything in Premium, plus delegation access for an assistant, shared availability and policies, centralized billing, and priority support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new install includes a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, no card required. When it ends you drop to the Free plan automatically: unlimited calendars you add manually, no account, read and merged on your device. Paid tiers also carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay on supported devices. All processed through Stripe so we never see your card number.
How do refunds work?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of payment and we'll refund you in full. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion but we generally honor them.
