Quick Tip: Keeping Your Briefing Popup Updated With Latest Events

The popup reads from the last sync
When you click the manyCalendars extension icon to see your briefing popup, it shows events based on the last time your calendar tabs were synced. If a meeting was added to your calendar five minutes ago but the main manyCalendars app has not refreshed yet, the popup might not show it.
The fix is simple: open the main manyCalendars app tab and let it refresh. Auto-refresh on load pulls in the latest data from all your open calendar tabs. Once the main view updates, the popup reflects the same data. One refresh, and your briefing is current.
Why the popup is your fastest path to "what is next?"
The briefing popup exists for one question: what is my next meeting, and when? You do not need to open the full calendar view, find today, and scan the timeline. One click on the extension icon and you see your upcoming events immediately. It is the fastest way to check your schedule without context-switching away from whatever you are working on.
If you keep your calendar tabs open in the background, the data stays reasonably fresh throughout the day. For the freshest possible view, a quick refresh of the main app ensures nothing was missed. Install manyCalendars and make the popup your default answer to the question every contractor asks twelve times a day: "Wait, what do I have next?"
