Quick Tip: Setting Up Browser Profiles Per Client

One profile per client, zero cross-contamination

Create a separate browser profile for each client. In Chrome, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Add." In Firefox, type about:profiles in the address bar. In Edge, go to Settings and select "Add profile." Name each one after the client.

Each profile has its own cookies, saved logins, bookmarks, and browsing history. This means you can be logged into Client A's Google Workspace in one profile and Client B's Microsoft 365 in another without session conflicts. No more getting logged out of one account when you sign into another. No more accidentally opening a client's Jira in the wrong tenant.

The real win is screen sharing. When you share your screen during a Client A meeting, only Client A's browser profile is visible. No tabs from Client B's Slack.
