Why color matters
When you have 15 events on a Tuesday from three different clients, you need to know which is which without reading every title. Color-coding gives you that at a glance. A blue block is Client A. A green block is Client B. An orange block is Client C. You can scan your entire week in seconds and know exactly how your time is distributed.
How manyCalendars handles it
