Quick Tip: Resetting Your Calendar Data for a Fresh Start

Sometimes you need to start over. Here is how.
There are a few situations where clearing manyCalendars's data and starting from scratch is the right move:
Corrupted data. If events are displaying incorrectly, showing duplicates, or the UI is behaving unexpectedly after a browser crash, a reset clears any corrupted state.
Switching to a new set of clients. If you have offboarded several clients and onboarded new ones, starting fresh is cleaner than removing old calendars one by one and cleaning up stale events.
Troubleshooting. If something is not working and you have exhausted other debugging steps, a reset isolates whether the issue is in the stored data or in the extension itself.
The one-step process
Open manyCalendars's settings panel and click "Reset All Data." That is it. One click.
What it clears: all stored events, calendar source configurations, color assignments, working hours settings, and preferences. Your manyCalendars installation returns to the same state as the moment you first installed it.
What it does not affect: your source calendars. Nothing in Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other platform is touched. manyCalendars only clears its own local storage. Your actual calendar data remains exactly where it is.
After the reset, you will re-add your calendar sources through the setup flow. Tab Sync and ICS feeds will repopulate events within minutes. The whole process, reset to fully operational, takes about 5 minutes.
