It covers everything from why calendars fragment to daily habits, weekly reviews, conflict management, and availability sharing. If you are going to share one link with someone who has never heard of manyCalendars or the multi-calendar problem, this is the one.

Comparison table added to docs

The 2026 aggregator comparison now includes a structured breakdown of manyCalendars against Reclaim, Morgen, Fantastical, and native Google/Outlook. We evaluated each tool on data location, IT requirements, conflict detection, availability export, Privacy Mode, and cost. It is honest: we call out where competitors beat us and where we win.

Focus block templates

Creating recurring focus time blocks just got simpler. manyCalendars now offers three pre-built templates: Morning Focus (2-hour block before noon), Afternoon Deep Work (2-hour block after lunch), and End-of-Day Wrap-Up (30-minute block before close of business). Select a template, choose which days, and the recurring events are created across all your calendars. You can still create custom focus blocks manually if the templates do not fit your schedule.

Improved recurring event handling in ICS parser

We fixed several edge cases in how manyCalendars parses RRULE patterns from ICS feeds. Previously, events with complex recurrence rules (such as "second Tuesday of every month" or "every other Friday") could display on the wrong dates. The updated parser correctly handles BYDAY, BYMONTHDAY, BYSETPOS, and INTERVAL modifiers. If you had issues with recurring events from ICS feeds showing incorrectly, they should now appear on the right dates.

Community feedback form launched

We have been collecting feedback through email and social channels, but we wanted something more structured. There is now a feedback form accessible from the manyCalendars sidebar menu. Tell us what you love, what frustrates you, and what features you wish existed. Every submission goes into our planning process. Some of our best features started as user feedback, like the calendar exclusion for availability exports that shipped after a reader suggested it.
